We usually keep up really well on our maintenance and have rare fails however, it all determines on the print as well and how well it is assembled in the program. We run our printers non stop and on an internal Lan off network due to the nature of our products. We have design patents so its not a major issue. We have been slammed busy on our operation but I promise to post some updated videos soon!

Negative, you need the unit on in order to move the head around and reduce the slack in the cables. when your servicing the head and moving it around, the head will generate electricity causing some of the lights to light up. I assure you that this is normal and all part of the cleaning process. Have a great day!

To change out the hot end takes about 5 minutes. very easy. We have only had to change out one so far.

Hey man, We keep extruder nozzles, carbon filters, and XYZ Belts and cleaning supplies.

Our biggest issue by far has been the Carbon rods. We had 4 out of the box have rod tolerance issues and we had the opportunity to send them back but we wanted to repair them so we could understand the operation better. Once the rods were fixed, as long as you keep everything properly clean and lubricated, these are fantastic!

all of our equipment are on high end gimbals. Im sorry you encountered this. I also had the gain on the background music a bit too high which interferes with the video. We are continuing to work on this. Thank you for your support.

The gain was up too high in production. It should have been lower. We will work on this. I appreciate your feedback and support

It is most definitely marked that way. I do feel they did mark some units as ultra lites but they should not have. This is a bit more heavy than others. Thank you for your feedback and support!

There’s no such thing as a “Signature Ultra Lite”. They make a “Signature” line and an “Ultra Lite” line. They’re different.

Make sure you press in the side tube firmly to release the tube. Is it locking? tension?

We are currently doing a comparison video using both lightweight oil and the heavy grease. So far both have been doing fine other then the grease collecting the residue and turning dark. We will post when its done. No issues mechanically however. Thanks for your support!

So far we have been running through the night non stop and the carbon rods have been doing great. I do see where its critical on the maintenance because of the buildup of residue on the ABS. We have created an excel spreadsheet with the units, dates and other columns to keep track of the progress of each unit. We share it and update as a team
